jamie inspired mess

I’m not a big pudding person but when I do enjoy a dessert I like it to be light and fresh! So on having friends over for dinner 2 nights in a row I went for a Jamie Oliver 30 Minute Meals inspired mess – recommended by pals on a small 10 mile run! |
So here is my Jamie inspired mess, serving 4.
- Crush 4 meringue nests and mix with a jar of lemon curd and evenly share between 4 glasses
- Next just top with fresh fruit, I used Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and Red berries – I love berries
So there you go simple and it you want you can always top with double cream and chocolate sprinkles.
Oh and another variation – instead of mixing with lemon curd try caramel ( I usually cheat and always have a can of Nestlé Carnation Caramel)
